Audrin Mathe and Sikongo Haihambo reappointed as Executive Directors

Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare, on the recommendation of the Public Service Commission, has approved the reappointment of Dr Audrin Mathe and Sikongo Haihambo as Executive Directors in their respective ministries.

The appointments were made in accordance with the provisions of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995).

Dr Mathe has been reappointed as Executive Director in the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology for a five-year fixed-term contract, effective 1 November 2025.

Meanwhile, Haihambo has been reappointed as Executive Director in the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism for a renewed term of two years and five months, starting 1 December 2025.

According to the Office of the Prime Minister, the current contracts for both Executive Directors will expire in October and November 2025, respectively.

The reappointments are aimed at ensuring leadership continuity in the affected ministries.
