Letshego Holdings Namibia has appointed Ashante Manetti as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective 18 August 2026, placing her in charge of the group’s commercial strategy across its banking and microlending operations.
Manetti brings more than 14 years of experience in the financial services sector, spanning commercial strategy, marketing, customer growth and lending.
She joins Letshego from Old Mutual Namibia, where she most recently held a senior marketing leadership role and led initiatives focused on customer acquisition, brand performance, commercial growth and the expansion of the company’s lending business.
In her new role, Manetti will oversee Letshego Namibia’s commercial strategy across its banking and microlending businesses, with responsibility for driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding the product portfolio and improving commercial performance.
The appointment comes as Letshego seeks to strengthen its financial services offering and grow its customer base across its operations in Namibia.

Letshego said her experience includes developing commercial teams, financial products, customer engagement strategies and strategic partnerships.
The company said Manetti will also be tasked with supporting the development of financial solutions aimed at creating value for customers, shareholders and communities.
