SanlamAllianz launches campaign celebrating resilience and achievement

SanlamAllianz has launched a national campaign aimed at recognising Namibians who have overcome financial hardship and other challenges to achieve major life milestones, as the insurer seeks to promote financial resilience and long-term confidence.

The Proud Moments campaign invites members of the public to nominate individuals whose achievements were made possible through perseverance, sacrifice and determination despite financial or personal obstacles.

SanlamAllianz said the initiative reflects its commitment to encouraging financial confidence by celebrating stories of resilience that demonstrate the value of planning, persistence and support.

General Manager for Brand and People, Dr Evans Simataa said financial pressures often prevent people from celebrating major achievements, even after years of hard work and sacrifice.

“Recognition is often rare. For many people, life’s financial pressures mean that even when they achieve a lifelong dream, there is little opportunity to celebrate with those who helped make it possible,” Simataa said.

He said many of the country’s most inspiring success stories involve individuals overcoming economic constraints to pursue higher education, build businesses or achieve lifelong ambitions.

The company said nominations are open to individuals from all walks of life, including entrepreneurs, graduates, parents and professionals whose journeys can inspire others.
