The Agricultural Bank of Namibia (Agribank) has appointed Hileni Amadhila as its new Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager, effective 3 August 2026.

Agribank said Amadhila brings more than a decade of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, public relations, stakeholder engagement and corporate communications across Namibia’s financial services and media sectors.

Before joining Agribank, she served as Senior Brand, PR, Stakeholder and Communications Consultant at Old Mutual Namibia, where she was responsible for strengthening the company’s brand positioning, stakeholder relationships and integrated communications initiatives.

Amadhila is a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (CPRP) with the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA).

According to Agribank, she has extensive experience in developing marketing and communications strategies, managing corporate reputation and building stakeholder relationships.

In her new role, Amadhila will oversee the bank’s marketing, branding and corporate communications functions, with responsibility for supporting Agribank’s strategic objectives and strengthening engagement with customers, partners and the public.

Agribank said it expects her appointment to support the bank’s efforts to further enhance its brand and advance its mandate of supporting Namibia’s agricultural sector
