“Our goal is to empower SMEs with growth opportunities and skill development, thereby creating a positive impact and promoting long-term sustainable value for society,” said Tomas Iindji, Head of Business Banking at FNB.
The Basecamp Business Incubator Hub is a social enterprise that operates as a non-profit company. It was established to function as an incubation and innovation hub, contributing to the development of a thriving Namibian and African startup ecosystem, where new and innovative ideas can flourish and evolve into sustainable businesses.
Its vision is to lead the transformation of Namibian startups into future-ready pioneers in innovation, economic growth, and entrepreneurial excellence.
