Jeremy George has been appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of the Frans Indongo Group, taking over the reins from Kobus van Graan who has held the position for the past 15 years.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, with 10 years asset management experience, George was previously the Group Chief Operations and Commercial Officer.

“The key aspiration of the Founder of the Frans Indongo Group, Dr Frans Indongo, is to leave a legacy  of having built a successful Group that will flourish beyond his life. Handing over the baton to suitably-equipped next generation leaders will enhance the Founder’s wish in creating a legacy that is sustainable for generations to come,” the company said.

As part of leadership changes at the diversified group, Jacobina Lungameni has been promoted to the position of Group Chief Operations Officer, replacing George.

Lungameni, a Chartered Accountant by profession, was previously the Group Financial Manager.

The Frans Indongo Group is invested in property and investment, automotive, retail, manufacturing and distribution, tourism, and hospitality.
