Dundee Precious Metals (DPM) Tsumeb Vice President and Managing Director ,Zebra Kasete has announced the appointment of  Johanna Jacobs  as the company’s new Director: Finance, effective 15 November 2021.

Hanri takes over from Lionora Kamba, who was  reassigned to Director Group Service Management Project, in the company’s Corporate Business Systems Department.

Hanri joines DPM Tsumeb from the Development Bank of Namibia (DBN), where she was employed as Head Finance, Information Technology, and Chief Financial Officer since 2016.

Prior to joining DPM Tsumeb, she held a position of Executive Director Finance, at the Transmission company of Nigeria, in Abuja, Nigeria, from 2015 to 2016. Apart from employment in Namibia and Nigeria, Hanri also held executive management positions in South Africa, and Canada, bringing over 29 years of financial and management accounting experience from various industries.

Hanri holds a Honores Baccalaureus: Computatuonus and a Baccalaureus: Computatuonus from the University of Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa, and she is a Chartered Accountant qualified in South Africa and Canada.

Announcing the appointment, Kasete, expressed his confidence in Hanri’s appointment
