Emma Theofelus retains her position as Minister of Information and Communication Technology, and Festus Mbandeka continues as Attorney General.
Frans Kapofi remains Minister of Defence.
Veikko Nekundi has been named Minister of Works and Transport, and Fillemon Wise Immanuel will serve as Minister of Justice.
