However, not every closed door is locked. It is imperative to challenge the notion that every obstacle is immovable, and instead, approach these moments with resilience and strategic intent. The key to discovering opportunities lies not in avoiding challenges but in pushing through them with purpose and determination.
First and foremost, leaders must cultivate a mindset of exploration. Too often, organizations are bound by the status quo, discouraged by past failures or fear of the unknown.
