Namibia’s tourism sector says it will be engaging with the Ministry of International Relations (MIRCO) to lobby the United Kingdom (UK) government over its stance to retain Namibia and South Africa on its ‘red list’.

From Monday 4 October, if travellers are not coming from a red list country and have been fully vaccinated for at least 14 days, they will be able to enter the UK.

Namibia will remain on the United Kingdom's (UK) 'red list', leaving in place restrictions for travel between the two countries.
