Health Minister Dr. Kalumbi Shangula on Wednesday announced that COVID-19 patients admitted in hospitals will now be allowed visits by a family member.
Shangula said the revision of the COVID-19 protocols in relation to admitted patients was taken due to declining cases in the country.
“In view of the improved Covid-19 situation in the country, the Ministry has decided to allow visitation to Covid-19 patients by a family member.
