Alexforbes Namibia has appointed Zandria Venter as Head of Growth, a newly created strategic role aimed at accelerating business expansion, strengthening client relationships and driving the development of new financial solutions.

The appointment forms part of the company’s strategy to respond to changing client needs by expanding its service offering, strengthening partnerships and improving access to its financial services for individuals, employers and institutional clients.

Alexforbes Namibia Managing Director Stefan du Preez said Venter’s appointment reflects the company’s confidence in her leadership and track record since joining the business.

“Since joining Alexforbes, Zandria has made a significant contribution through her business development leadership and deep understanding of our clients’ needs. Her appointment reflects both her achievements and our confidence in her ability to lead the next phase of growth for the business. We are excited to see her drive innovation, strengthen strategic partnerships and help us deliver even greater outcomes for our clients and stakeholders,” he said.

Venter joined Alexforbes Namibia in 2023 as a Business Development Consultant after building a career in the banking and financial services sector.

She has held positions including trainee wealth manager, business development consultant and leadership roles in distribution and sales.

In her new position, Venter will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, overseeing business development and product development, and building strategic partnerships to support the company’s expansion.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from the University of Potchefstroom, a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Namibia, and a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State.

Venter has also completed the Namibia Securities Exchange Stockbroking Examinations and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
